U.S. LDP Service
U.S. LDP (Landed Duty Paid) is a type of trade term that is essentially equivalent to the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) clause. Under this trade condition, the seller assumes responsibility for all aspects of transportation, insurance, customs clearance, tax payment, and delivery in the destination country, until the goods are delivered to the buyer's designated address. The seller bears all risks and costs, provides the import license, and pays all applicable import duties, including customs inspection fees in the destination country, as well as any other taxes or charges incurred during the import process and final delivery to the buyer.
